the rooms were extremely spacious and huge, included climate control, a mini fridge bar, and a microwave. the beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were very comfy. location: the hotel was very close to a closeby cute cafe.

I chose Eterna for its proximity to Cenote Cristal and Cenote Escondido, which I really wanted to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff speaking English, Spanish, and Italian at the reception. , the property's use of a grey water recycling system and eco-friendly cleaning products was impressive.
Showers: Water directly positioned at the door made the entire bathroom wet after every shower. The hot water was unstable and turned cold quickly.
